Seven young men who played soccer together since their early youth grow apart and are forced to think about the nature of their friendship. In a comic way and a very Dutch setting, All Stars is about pregnant girlfriends and homosexuality, career plans and the power of parents.

The Wild Soccer Bunch

The school year is over and for a diverse group of carefree kids, soccer is king! These kids believe that they are the local gold team and there is nothing they like more than improving their game. "If you want to be cool, you should be wild." However, the relentless rain turns their field into a swamp, so they have to take an unexpected break. And when the sun finally comes, a gang of older, bigger and dumber boys has just taken over the field. They won't give it back unless they lose a match against the kids.

The Game

The film takes place at the training base of the Russian national team. The eyes of the whole country are riveted to this place, our players train here in the remaining few days before the match. All those who help them win work here: coaches, administrators, doctors, watchmen and even cleaners. The fate of the decisive match depends on these people. All of them are selflessly devoted to football.

Kitchen Stories

2003

Swedish efficiency researchers come to Norway for a study of Norwegian men, to optimize their use of their kitchen. Folke Nilsson (Tomas Norström) is assigned to study the habits of Isak Bjørvik (Joachim Calmeyer). By the rules of the research institute, Folke has to sit on an umpire's chair in Isak's kitchen and observe him from there, but never talk to him. Isak stops using his kitchen and observes Folke through a hole in the ceiling instead. However, the two lonely men slowly overcome the initial post-war Norwegian-Swede distrust and become friends.

François, a miserable football player, becomes a town hero after bringing victory in an extremely important game. He uses his fame for revenge on the team star for the previous mockeries.

Bend It Like Beckham

Jess Bhamra, the daughter of a strict Indian couple in London, is not permitted to play organized soccer, even though she is 18. When Jess is playing for fun one day, her impressive skills are seen by Jules Paxton, who then convinces Jess to play for her semi-pro team. Jess uses elaborate excuses to hide her matches from her family while also dealing with her romantic feelings for her coach, Joe.

Goalstar - The Movie

While flying to Argentina to film a VIP season of the Docu-reality TV show, "Goalstar", the team's plane crashes in the heart of the African savanna. When the team looks for food and water, they are kidnapped by a local African tribe that plans to execute them as suspected intruders. The tribe people are surprised to find the team has packed soccer equipment in their luggage, and they think they're the best soccer team in the world (where in reality, they're a bunch of actors and talents). The tribe forces the team to represent them in a soccer game against the opposing tribe to solve an old conflict on the only water source around.

Jenny is hit in the head by a soccer ball. When she comes to, the clock has turned back exactly 32 years! It is June 21, 1974, the year of the football World Cup, one day before the football match between the Federal Republic of Germany and the GDR. Jenny experiences two turbulent days at the side of her future parents - in both parts of Germany.
