Starring Nicholas Lyndhurst, Celia Imrie, Dani Harmer and Ryan Sampson, the three season comedy follows handyman Jimmy Venables, who moves in with his teenage children and his mother-in-law Diana after his ex-wife Ann goes to Africa to help with a flood.

Mandy (Zoe Tay), Miao Miao (Kym Ng) and Si Jin (Somaline Ang) come from different backgrounds but share one common trait, they have to raise their children single-handedly. Mandy was a socialite before her husband died after absconding with company funds. Miao Miao is a housewife whose husband worked overseas all year long, leaving her to raise their three sons alone. All three seemingly different women become friends and see each other through many ups and downs. And at the centre of it all is an uncanny guardian angel, Dong Yu, who helped them through many difficult times. But soon is it discovered that Dong Yu was a convicted felon, what are his secrets and will it change their friendship with him?

Hao Huixian is a gambler. He wakes up startled after dreaming of cheating during a game with his neighbours Li Yunshun, Fan Wenxiang and Ma Lingshu (Potato). Yunshun and Wenxiang rented their HDB flat to their son, Siyuan, when they moved into their daughter, Si'en's condominium unit. Siyuan runs a tuition agency. As his wife, Isabella, needs to go on a business trip and the maid is on leave, he makes plans for his parents to take care of his son, Huanhuan. Wenxiang is unhappy Huanhuan is closer to his maternal grandmother, Elizabeth. Potato organises a wedding anniversary party, in the hope of earning some red packet money, but his neighbours prove too smart for him. Potato is tempted when Bai Baoxiang offers to get tenants for him. Unfortunately, his two rooms have already been rented out.
We follow a group of friends from childhood when they even get teenagers in the house. As adults, they have all moved home to the neighborhood they grew up in, and with big children in the house, they now meet their own youth at the door.
