The Ghost Busters was a live-action children's television series that ran in 1975, about a team of bumbling detectives who would investigate ghostly occurrences. Only 15 episodes were created. This series reunited Forrest Tucker and Larry Storch in roles similar to their characters in F Troop. Tucker played Jake Kong, and Storch played zoot suit-wearing Eddie Spencer. The third member of the trio was Tracy the Gorilla, played by actor Bob Burns. The series was unrelated to the 1984 film Ghostbusters.

Aside from doubling the length of each episode, The New Scooby-Doo Movies differed from its predecessor in the addition of a rotating special guest star slot; each episode featured real-life celebrities or well known fictional characters joining the Mystery, Inc. gang in solving the mystery of the week. Some episodes, in particular the episodes guest-starring the characters from The Addams Family, Batman, and Jeannie, deviated from the established Scooby-Doo format of presenting criminals masquerading as supernatural beings by introducing real ghosts, witches, monsters, and other such characters into the plots.
Shaggy and Scooby-Doo and friends must return 13 ghosts which they inadvertently released to a magical chest. Together with Daphne and Scrappy-Doo, along with newcomer Flim-Flam, they travel the world facing the ghosts that must be returned to the chest.
Set in a future with a declining birth rate, SANDA follows a boy named Sanda who finds out his classmate, Shiori Fuyumura, plans to kill him because of a "curse" he carries and Fuyumura's missing friend.

An unpopular host who leads an aimless life suddenly dies due to an unexpected accident and cannot be reincarnated for some reason. While living under one roof with other ghosts in the same position, he starts to reflect on his life and gradually regains his humanity.

Spirits was a popular television program that was released by ABS-CBN in early 2005. It is about eight kids who find out one day that they had special gifts. They received their powers when a supernatural epidemic hit their hometown. The kids' names are Red, Gabby, Lloyd, Liz, Nato, Thor, Jesse, and Maya.
