Do-hyun, the captain of the basketball team, is preparing for the championship. Hye-in, the team manager, brings Dong-wook, Do-hyun's first love, to fill in for an injured teammate.
In Srisaket, coach Man is the leader and caretaker of the Maitree Gospel Church, taking over after his parents passed away. Aside from his role as a leader in the church, coach Man is also a physical education teacher at the local high school and founded a water polo club at the school, which is made up entirely of Christians. The club members include Sawan, Champ, Touch, Poo, Yot, Petch, Kob, Me, Tao, Kem, Sun, and new member Lert. Also Cha, an alumni of the school, assists in coaching and helping out at the church.

Heian-kyō, capital and the center of elegant, aristocratic culture, is heavily guarded by a spiritual force field -- or so it seems. In reality, onmyōji (court magi who create the spiritual force field) can only defend the palace located in the northern part of the city; in downtown, monsters known as "horror" that feast upon human souls roam after sunset. In the city of Oedo 2808 A.D., three Cyber criminals are given two choices, to either rot in jail or to join a special force of the Cyber Police to possibly get one more chance at freedom. For each criminal apprehended, and for each successful mission done, the state will agree to reduce their sentences. Lead by Hasegawa, the new recruits: Sengoku, Gogul, and Benton will bring some hard justice to Oedo, and possibly taste freedom once again.
